All Consultations and Designs include:
An in person or digital consultation
A detailed, one-of-a-kind digital illustration of one space addressed during our consult
each space after requires an additional $100 per design
A plant and materials list and quote for installation attached
One round of minor revisions
Once design is approved we will move onto scheduling the installation and invoicing for the deposit to hold the installation date.
Landscape Design Terms & Conditions
Scope of Services: This design fee covers the specific number of "Spaces" (Zones) listed in your consultation. Additional areas requested after the initial consultation will be billed at the standard rate of $100 per space.
Design Revisions: The flat design fee includes one (1) round of minor revisions to the initial concept. Significant structural changes or total redesigns after the first draft will be billed at an hourly rate of $100.
Ownership of Intellectual Property: All drawings, 3D renderings, and planting plans remain the property of Humble Home Gardens until the design fee is paid in full. Designs are intended for installation by Humble Home Gardens; third-party use of these plans is prohibited without written consent.
Installation Estimates: Design fees are separate from installation estimates and are to be paid upon receipt to book installation.
Professional installations begin at $2500-$3500 range.
Refund Policy: Consultation and Design fees are non-refundable once the site visit has been conducted or design work has commenced.
